Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on inspirationallabels.com. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
The terms “Inspirational Labels”, “www.inspirationallabels.com”, “inspirationallabels.com”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” when used in these Conditions mean Inspirational Labels. The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” when used in these Conditions mean anyone buying goods from Inspirational Labels.
After completion of your order, please check your receipt to ensure that all details are correct. If you need to make any changes please notify us via telephone or email immediately to avoid any delays on your order.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We accept most major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We offer a delivery service priced at £8 for each box up to 25kg with further items at £6 up to 25kg. Our delivery service is to 90% of the UK mainland by courier. Delivery to areas outside the UK mainland and some postcodes, such as Northern Ireland and northern Scotland, etc, may take a while longer as the goods will be sent via Royal Mail Parcels. Please contact us for further details. Small items such as sink rollers, etc, will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. All deliveries require a signature. Please report any shortages/damages to us within 24 hours of receiving your goods.
In the event of a pricing error on the website, inspirationallabels.com will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. Inspirational Labels has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information on the website. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided.
If an item becomes out of stock after you have ordered it, we will notify you immediately and offer you an alternative item or refund in full.
Incorrect Goods Ordered
If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact us and, on return of your purchases in pristine condition, we will send out the correct goods. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. We will provide a refund, less 15% of the transaction excluding the original carriage costs, for handling the returned goods but the cost of sending replacement goods will be chargeable along with any difference in value.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery for credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return any purchase in pristine condition in its original box. Order cancellations must be provided in writing by fax or email. If the goods have been despatched by Inspirational Labels before the order is cancelled, the goods and any product packaging must be returned at the customer’s expense in good condition so that they can be resold as new. Provided the above conditions are met, Inspirational Labels will provide a refund, less 15% of the transaction excluding the original carriage cost, within 30 working days.
For software, if returned with seal intact or, in the case of a boxed product, the cellophane wrapping intact, then Inspirational labels will provide a refund, less 15% of the transaction excluding the original carriage cost, within 30 working days. If customers wish to test software, demo versions of most products are available to download via the website or on request, on CD.
Goods returned incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and you will not be refunded.
The above refund policy is at the discretion of Inspirational Labels.
Shortages or Errors
All goods must be examined when received. Any shortages, errors or ‘not working on arrival’ products must be noted and Inspirational Labels immediately informed in writing by fax on 01788 817047.
Label quantities are based on average numbers per roll and may not be absolute.
Equipment is supported by the manufacturer’s return to base warranty unless otherwise stipulated in our quotation or acknowledgement. Power supplies are not warranted against over voltage inputs or electrical noise. All equipment must be maintained within acceptable levels of preventive maintenance with regular services being recorded and available for inspection. Our assessment will be final. All equipment must be used within specification and instruction contained within operational documentation. No responsibility is accepted for consequential damage or loss associated with the installation or use of the equipment described in the above quotation.
